However, there is absolutely no supernatural aspect to it, so "religion" isn't the word. It's kind of atheistic morality. I know there is no god but acting with some regard for others and their feelings guides my way. Just because the universe is cold and impersonal doesn't mean that I am. My guiding principle in life isn't religion but rather free will which I equated as the exercice of sentience. Free will is hard to exercice because your free will ends where the free will of others start. In that respect, Religion is a time saver because it's ethics allows to avoid asking others what their will is. You can thus exercice your free will assuming you know the others.
